I'm Maria and I can say that my experience at this facility was excellent... Assistance, empathy, professionalism and cleanliness. I'm the one from 315 who was ironically fined by a very cute nurse just today.... The fine? 3 coffees... thank you always for what you do and above all for always being able to reassure us with your training, competence but above all with your smiles.

I would also like on behalf of my father Pluchino Giovanni who is no longer here 🙏 to thank with all my ❤️ the majority of the staff of the day hospital oncology department: from the very kind secretaries Cristina, Tiziana! the tireless nurses to the good and humble doctors Marco Alì, Paolo Colina and also the new recruits ❤️ my father had a deep respect for everyone, even for those who didn't deserve one of these, Doctor Maurizio Chiarenza, given his behavior in recent months, in fact he disappeared before then introducing himself for the final greeting with a inhuman!!! that no patient deserves!!! Doctor Chiarenza knows what a patient my father was and precisely in memory of his infinite goodness I want to leave a message to Doctor Chiarenza: God give you the gift of smile and humility to be worthy of continuing to work in a clinic with a name of such great value 🙏 Humanitas ❤️ I conclude with a recommendation to doctor Maria Grazia Di Leo to be less superficial given that the serious symptoms my father was experiencing which she attributed several times to the heat were the cause of 2 values unknown to the doctor: albumin and ammonium! !!tests that should have been done already at the first symptoms!!!! Sorry for the long message but I was taught that sometimes silence is the worst thing especially to assert the things you believe in and despite the disappointment of these 2 doctors thanks to all the other staff mentioned before ❤️ I still believe in Humanitas and I hope that it takes advantage of the negative comments to improve for the good of the many patients who look to you for support and hope 🙏🌹 a hug also goes to the pain therapy doctor De Agostino ❤️

My journey at Humanitas began in August 2022 and still continues with follow-up. What to say ! An excellent oncology center beyond measure, for kindness, clarity in the information of the reception staff, for the quality of the services it offers, for the care of the image and for the competence and professionalism of all the medical staff that I have met so far starting from by Dr. Alessandra Chiarenza: an angel I would say. I still remember the first day of the mammogram and the biopsy, she immediately put me at ease, helping me to face those terrible moments peacefully. Not to mention the oncology day hospital in the infusion room: an environment in which the HUMANITY and SENSIBILITY of all the medical and nursing staff make the treatment process less sad and painful, where you are surrounded by SPECIAL people. My thanks go to Doctor Paolo Colina, very nice and who on the first day of chemotherapy, filled with anxiety and fear, immediately brought a smile to my face; to Dr. Di Leo Grazia, who is also very helpful and kind, to Dr. Maurizio Chiarenza, my oncologist who still follows me and thanks also to all the other doctors who followed me there at the Day hospital. And then there's him... Dr. Francesco Caruso, a wonderful person both on the medical side and on the human, relational side. I will never stop thanking him ❤️ Even in radiology I found equal courtesy, competence and availability from all the staff, from doctors to radiotherapist technicians. I would give more than 5 stars to this oncology center where every patient is cared for as it SHOULD. If I were to recommend a center to a friend where to find Excellence in everything, I would definitely recommend HUMANITAS

I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and have been carrying out MRI checks for years at the Humanitas Catanese Clinical Center. This year when booking, as I always have done, I called the usual number and was told that I could book via email or WhatsApp, attaching the medical prescriptions. I strictly followed the instructions, as per the attached photo. The result was that my requests were completely ignored, and I learned that the agenda is full until 2026...I was really disappointed, you invite users to use a service and then ignore those who request via the same. Now I'm having trouble finding my diagnostic tests... I think I'll turn to the patient's rights tribunal... Not recommended...

I wouldn't even give this establishment one star. I was there twice, the first time a few years ago where I needed a second opinion because I was worried about the lymph nodes, during the consultation the lady answered the phone, the questions went in one ear and out the other, no checks, she limited herself only to read the result of the CT scan telling me what was written on it and immediately asking for €150. Yesterday after years my father was waiting for the operation from 7 in the morning to 7.00 pm they realize that the blood sample is missing and therefore they can't operate after a day yesterday and before that also a day of pre-admission that is, I say two days they don't realize that it's missing the withdrawal for the operation? Furthermore, in two days he hadn't even spoken to the anesthetist. They suggest my father to come back today for surgery as if traveling for 6 hours is free and it's no big deal. God is great and so I think it had to go like this to protect him from something given the incompetence of the people who unfortunately work there.
